Mirror is operated by K2 graphics ltd. If you are not satisfied with your Mirror Premium purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.

How to request a refund

Contact our support channel with the email address you used at checkout and we will approve your refund. Refunds are issued by K2 graphics ltd and processed through Stripe, our payment processor.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show the credit.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your monthly Premium subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The free Basic try-on remains available after cancellation.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will review it under this policy.
