Terms & Conditions
Last updated 4 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Mirror ("Mirror", "we", "us") is a service operated by K2 graphics ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using Mirror you are entering into an agreement with K2 graphics ltd. If you are using Mirror on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or continuing to use Mirror, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
3. The service
Mirror lets you upload a photograph of yourself and one or more garment images, and generates AI-rendered visualisations showing how those garments might look on you. Additional Premium features include image downloads, a 360° spin viewer, a try-on fidelity score and the Compare & Shop price finder.
Mirror is a visualisation aid. Results are AI-generated approximations and are not a guarantee of real-world fit, colour, fabric behaviour, sizing or availability. Always check the retailer's own sizing and returns information before buying.
4. Accounts and credentials
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
5. Acceptable use
Mirror is a consented self-image try-on tool. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use, which forms part of these terms. In summary, you must not use Mirror to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload photographs of another person without their clear, informed consent, or images of minors;
- create deepfakes, impersonate anyone, or produce misleading, defamatory, sexual, hateful or harassing imagery;
- commit fraud, send spam, or scrape or resell our output at scale;
- interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical limits or usage tiers.
6. Your content, inputs and outputs
You keep ownership of the photographs and garment images you upload. You grant K2 graphics ltd a limited licence to host and process them solely to generate your try-on results and operate the service. You confirm you have the rights necessary to upload each image.
Subject to those rights, you may use the images Mirror generates from your own uploads for your personal purposes. You are responsible for how you use them. Rights holders who believe an output infringes their rights can contact us for takedown; we may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement.
7. AI accuracy disclosure
Mirror uses generative AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, distorted, or unrepresentative of the real garment or of you. Fidelity scores and price comparisons are estimates produced by AI and should not be relied on as professional, financial or purchasing advice. Verify anything important yourself.
8. Intellectual property
K2 graphics ltd retains all rights in the Mirror service, including its software, models, interface, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Mirror within your selected plan. No resale or redistribution of the service itself.
9. Service levels
We work to keep Mirror available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime.
10. Payments, subscriptions and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Premium subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the customer portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Mirror at any time. On termination, your access ends and uploaded content may be deleted.
12. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirror is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify K2 graphics ltd against claims arising from the content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
14. General
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
